Role Description The Senior Recruitment Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including understanding staffing needs, drafting clear job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. The role involves screening resumes, conducting preliminary discussions,



and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process. The Senior Recruitment Executive maintains candidate pipelines, supports employer branding efforts, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout all stages.
