About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards. Your duties will include processing payroll, handling multi-state sales tax filings, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and preparing financial reports.



The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while working flexible hours from India.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients. A strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop is essential, along with hands-on experience in running payroll using major payroll platforms. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in preparing and filing sales tax returns across multiple U.S. states.
