Role Description The Assistant Logistics Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Dhule,



responsible for supporting end-to-end logistics operations for fertilizer and phosphate products. The role includes coordinating inbound and outbound transportation, managing warehouse activities, and tracking inventory levels to ensure timely, accurate deliveries to dealers and distributors. The person in this role will assist with supply planning, shipment scheduling, documentation, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Daily work involves collaborating with procurement, production, and sales teams, addressing logistics issues, and maintaining clear communication with transporters and customers. The Assistant Logistics Manager will also support cost optimization initiatives, monitor service performance, and contribute to continuous improvement in logistics processes.
Qualifications

Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities effectively.
