About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Executive, HR Operations, to oversee and manage end-to-end human resources operations within LeadSquared. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience, maintaining data integrity, ensuring statutory compliance,



and supporting HR initiatives with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong ownership qualities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and payroll processes. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources is preferred, adding strategic HR capabilities to the candidate’s profile. Candidates should demonstrate prior experience of 3-4 years in HR operations, with a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, and HRMS administration.
