Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining solar solutions, conducting needs assessments, and preparing quotations tailored to individual requirements. The Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customers, coordinating with technical teams for site surveys,



providing product demonstrations, and supporting training or awareness sessions about solar energy. The role also requires meeting sales targets, participating in local marketing activities, and delivering high-quality customer service before and after installation.
