The firm is a full-service provider for government tenders, GEM portal registrations, OEM vendor assessments, ISO certifications, e-procurement registrations, and tender bidding.
Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management. The role involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations and grievance resolution.



The individual will coordinate recruitment activities, assist in training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with management to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR administration, and compliance.
Proven skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a respectful workplace.
Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, including the ability to implement and maintain policy frameworks.
