Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Customer Relations Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day interactions with clients, responding to inquiries, and providing timely support to ensure positive customer experiences. The Customer Relations Executive will handle service requests, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include documenting customer feedback,



coordinating with internal teams to address concerns, and maintaining accurate records of client communications. The role also includes preparing basic reports on customer interactions, supporting relationship-building initiatives, and representing Lakshit Group professionally in all customer-facing activities.
