Role Description The Account Executive role at Lorem Wellness Care Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi.



The individual in this role will manage client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and partner organizations, and serve as a key point of contact for service inquiries and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include coordinating appointments and therapy schedules, explaining service offerings and packages, supporting billing and payment processes, and ensuring timely communication between clients and clinical teams. The Account Executive will track account performance, handle service feedback, and prepare basic reports on client engagement and satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with marketing and administrative staff to support outreach activities, improve client experience, and contribute to the growth of the center’s rehabilitation and wellness programs.
