Job description for Qualified CA (0 to 3 Year PQE):

Location: Erandwane, Pune.

Work profile: Tax advisory (M&A; and restructuring, International tax, Business transaction)

Job Responsibilities:

Role:

1. Carry out research and formulate conclusions on tax & regulatory topics, including but not limited to Income-tax, FEMA, GST, Companies Act, Stamp duty, etc.
2.



Drafting of suitable deliverables like a memo, presentation, Excel workings in relation to assignments taken up by the firm.
3. Managing the project and effectively coordinating with all stakeholders, including the team, client, professionals, and other subject matter experts.
4. Track updates in the field of taxation, accountancy, legal, etc., and identify relevant updates for the firm and its clients.
5. Assist in business development initiatives through financial research, tax research, drafting of proposals, meeting preparations, etc.
6. Assist in internal administration of the Firm, such as execution of engagement letters, tracking billing and proposals, etc
