Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive – International Holidays to manage the complete operational lifecycle of bookings from pre-sales support and vendor coordination to post-sales execution and on-trip assistance.
This role goes beyond processing bookings it requires strong international travel operations knowledge, attention to detail, vendor management, commercial awareness and the ability to take complete ownership of multiple bookings simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities




• Support the Sales / Destination Expert team with quotation preparation, operational costing and service feasibility.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, activity suppliers and other vendors for rates and availability.
• Verify rates, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, availability and booking conditions.
• Coordinate provisional bookings, blocking and final confirmations with vendors.
• Take complete operational ownership of bookings after client confirmation.
• Update and maintain accurate booking information in the CRM / internal systems.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, activities, sightseeing, guides, transportation and other travel services.
• Prepare, verify and issue vouchers, booking confirmations and operational documents.
• Maintain booking checklists and ensure every booking has a explicit status and next action.
