Role Description The Business Development Manager – Flexible Packaging is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City,



responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Shakoflex’s flexible packaging solutions. This position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. The role includes conducting market research, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with technical, design, and production teams to propose appropriate packaging solutions. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, participation in trade shows and industry events, and contributing to strategic planning for new markets and products.
