Role Description The Site Supervisor – HVAC Projects is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position is responsible for supervising day-to-day HVAC project activities, including overseeing installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems at client sites.



The role involves coordinating with project engineers, contractors, and vendors; monitoring work progress against schedules; and ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and company procedures. The Site Supervisor will review technical drawings, allocate tasks to site teams, resolve on-site issues, and provide regular progress reports to project management. The role also includes verifying material requirements, supporting inspections, and assisting in handover documentation and client training as needed.
