Job Summary: Bayfield Food Ingredints Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day stock operations at our warehouse/facility. This is an on-ground, physically active role requiring close coordination with warehouse staff, vendors, and the operations team to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery challans
Physically count and reconcile inventory through regular stock audits and cycle counts
Organize and arrange goods in designated storage areas for easy access and space optimization
Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, and inventory management software entries
Flag and report damaged, expired, or short-shipped goods immediately
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise indent requests to avoid stockouts
Ensure proper labeling, tagging,



and categorization of all inventory items
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the storage/warehouse area
Support periodic physical stock-taking and year-end inventory reconciliation
Follow all safety protocols while handling equipment, machinery, or bulk goods

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stores management
Basic knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems (training provided if needed)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Basic literacy and numeracy skills for documentation
Ability to work in shifts, if required

Preferred

Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution setup
