About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Founder's Office Manager at Adpulse Digital to work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives. This role will serve as a bridge across departments, ensuring key projects, priorities, and business initiatives are planned, tracked, and executed effectively.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting. You will act as an extension of the founders, driving accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams, and helping turn strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives & Project Management
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely completion of high-priority initiatives.

Founder Support




- Work closely with founders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, reports, and decision-making materials.
- Conduct research, analysis, and market assessments to support strategic decisions.
- Manage special projects and critical business initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with teams across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between departments.
- Monitor action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
- Organize and drive weekly review meetings and follow-up mechanisms.

Business Performance Tracking
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics and project status.
- Analyze operational and business data to identify opportunities for improvement.
