We're looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Technical Director and support ongoing construction projects.
We are looking for someone who can take initiative, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, follow through on responsibilities, and work confidently in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Technical Director
• Coordinate with project sites, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Manage correspondence, emails, documentation, and follow-ups
• Assist with coordination of ongoing construction projects
• Ensure timely communication between project sites and teams
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, letters, and other documents using MS Office
• Track tasks, deadlines, meetings, and action points
• Handle confidential information professionally
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
• Proactive, organised, responsible, and dependable
• Solid in coordination, communication, and follow-ups
• Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in professional correspondence and drafting
• An eager learner who can adapt to new responsibilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• A good driver with a valid driving licence
Work Flexibility
This is a demanding and dynamic role within the construction industry. It does not follow a strictly fixed 9-to-5 schedule. Project requirements may occasionally require extended working hours or availability beyond regular hours.
