Role Description The Associate Professor in Banking and Finance will be responsible for designing and delivering postgraduate-level courses, supervising research,



and mentoring students in the MBA Banking and Finance program. Daily responsibilities include preparing and teaching lectures, conducting tutorials and workshops, guiding dissertations and industry-oriented projects, and evaluating student performance through assignments, examinations, and presentations. The role involves active contribution to curriculum development, participation in academic committees, and collaboration with industry partners to maintain contemporary and practice-oriented course content.

The Associate Professor is expected to engage in high-quality research, publish in Scopus-indexed journals, and contribute to the school’s academic reputation through conferences, seminars, and outreach. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular presence on campus for teaching, student engagement, and institutional activities.
