Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding buyer and investor requirements,



and recommending suitable residential and investment properties across Mumbai’s key micro-markets. The Relationship Manager will coordinate property searches, schedule and conduct site visits, present project details, and provide clear, honest guidance throughout the decision-making process. Daily responsibilities include managing client communication, following up on leads, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with pricing and negotiation discussions, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end transaction experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking market developments, and representing the firm professionally at client meetings and property events.
