Role Description We have opening for Regional Sales Engineer for South based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned region by identifying current opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and presenting appropriate photonics solutions to customers. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, conducting technical product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, preparing regular sales reports, and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.

Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering skills with the ability to understand customer applications, specify appropriate photonics solutions, and translate technical features into business value.
Proficiency in Sales activities including lead generation, account development, and closing deals .
Experience in Technical Support, including handling pre-sales technical queries, assisting with product selection, and coordinating with inside sales team for solutions.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer Service mindset, with proven ability to build long-term relationships, manage expectations, and ensure a positive customer experie
