We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team and help us organize, analyze, and derive meaningful insights from large datasets.

Role Description
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, including Excel files, databases, reports, and other structured or unstructured datasets. The role involves working with large datasets related to shareholders, investments, companies, folios, financial records, and other business information, while ensuring data accuracy through matching, validation, deduplication, and quality checks.
The candidate will identify patterns, trends, discrepancies, and meaningful insights,



prepare reports and dashboards, and support teams with data-driven insights. The role also involves conducting relevant research, improving and automating data-processing workflows using Excel and other analytical tools, and maintaining proper data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and data cleaning.
Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Solid understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, and data validation techniques.
Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation will be an advantage.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools is preferred.
