About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Teacher Operations team on a contractual basis.
This role is ideal for individuals with 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring, preferably within the EdTech or education sectors. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process of online teachers across various subjects including Coding, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math. Your primary focus will be to source, evaluate, and onboard qualified teaching candidates from both domestic and international markets, ensuring they meet Codingal’s standards and are aligned with the company's mission and operational requirements. This role offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in scaling an international education business and working closely with senior leadership.
