Role Description The Associate Sales Manager – K12 Education is a full time hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying K12 school prospects, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Phygitech’s Extended Reality learning solutions to key decision-makers. The Associate Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals,



negotiate terms, and support contract closure in collaboration with senior sales leadership. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating product demos, gathering feedback from schools and successfully close deals. Performance will be suitably rewarded on periodic basis besides a remuneration at par with industry standard. the job role involves travelling both intracity and Intercity based on requirements.
Qualifications
Strong K12 education sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship-building with school stakeholders.
Experience in solution selling or consultative selling, preferably in EdTech, learning technologies, or related educational products.
Solid communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in delivering demos, conducting product walkthroughs, and engaging diverse audiences.
Competence in using CRM tools, basic data analy
