Job Description
Socialpost Digital Media is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the Digital Marketing industry and a robust background in field sales and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in meeting potential clients, presenting digital marketing services, generating business opportunities, negotiating with clients, and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and direct client outreach.
Identify and approach potential clients who require digital marketing services.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and understand client business requirements.
Present digital marketing solutions such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, YouTube Marketing,



Website Development, and other digital services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and client closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Negotiate effectively and convert prospects into paying clients.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team for smooth client onboarding.
Key Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience working in a Digital Marketing company or agency is highly preferred.
Proven experience in closing clients and generating revenue through field sales.
