Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for SAP ISU ABAP modules within the AMS workplace.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ABAP programming in the context of SAP ISU.
Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, specifically for ISU processes (Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, etc.).
Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes according to ITIL best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user guides as needed.
Adhere to established coding standards, quality assurance, and security protocols.
Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
Stay updated with the latest SAP ISU and ABAP developments and recommend improvements.
