Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role located in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. As an HR Manager - Axibator (Stake-Based), you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and stakeholder alignment. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR strategies,



managing performance evaluations, coordinating employee training and development, implementing policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications

Proficiency in HR Management processes such as recruitment, talent acquisition, performance assessments, and employee engagement
Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, organizational development, and stakeholder management
Knowledge of labor laws, workplace compliance, and best practices for HR policies
Experience with HR analytics, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making
Leadership qualities with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Previous experience in a startup or incubator ecosystem is an advantage
