KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





The GM / Vice-President of HR is responsible for leading the HR function across the corporate office and all plants of the company.

This role will oversee HR strategy, Workforce planning, talent management, labor relations, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development to support operational excellence and continuous improvement within the plant workplace.

● Leading the 15 to 20 member HR & Admin team across all plants
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant business objectives
● Partner with plant leadership to drive productivity, safety, and performance.
● Lead talent acquisition, training, and the entire employee lifecycle.
● Oversee labor relations, grievance resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
● Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
● Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture.
● Selection and Implementation of HRMS
