About Zomint
Zomint is building the default financial advisor for India's mass affluent families, investors
with ₹15L–₹1Cr who are too complex for DIY apps, yet too small for private banking.
We are building a system-led wealth platform where AI handles research, monitoring, and
portfolio analysis, and human advisors step in for judgment and behaviour at the right
moments. The goal is consistent, long-term decision making, not short-term returns.
Our distribution is trust-led. Zomint is built on top of the Bekifaayati community with 5M+
followers, where users already engage with personal finance content and come in with
intent, not persuasion.
This is not a typical fintech app. We are building infrastructure for multi-decade financial
relationships across investments, insurance, tax, and planning.
We are early. Which means real ownership, real ambiguity, and the opportunity to shape
core systems from scratch. We move fast, ship constantly, and expect the same from our
team.
Why this role exists
Most wealth platforms optimise for acquisition.
Very few invest in what happens after the
client signs up. At Zomint, the relationship is the product. Clients stay because their RM understands their
life, not just their portfolio. They act on advice because someone they trust is explaining it to
them, calmly, clearly, and without an agenda.
We need someone who can own that relationship end to end. Not just handle queries. Not
just schedule reviews. Actually own it, through market corrections, life events, SIP
cancellations, and the moments where a client is about to make a decision they will regret.
What you will actually work on
● Own a book of 100-150 client families, be the first call for any financial question or life
event
● Lead client onboarding, collect goals, constraints, risk appetite, and set explicit
expectations for the relationship
● Conduct scheduled review meetings; coordinate with the investment team to prep
recommendations beforehand
