Platform Administration Responsibilities
• Hands-on IBM Connect:Direct support and administration on Linux/UNIX and/or Windows.
• Strong knowledge of Connect:Direct Process Language, COPY steps, submit/select/delete/flush commands and checkpoint/restart concepts.
• Experience with PNODE/SNODE,



netmap, functional authorities, Secure Plus, certificates, TLS and cipher configuration.
• Valuable understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, ports, file systems, permissions and secure file-transfer operations.
• Experience analyzing statistics, logs, return codes and common Connect:Direct messages to isolate failures.
• Working knowledge of shell/PowerShell scripting, scheduling, monitoring, backup/restore and operational automation.
• Awareness of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway integration is preferred but not mandatory for core
