We are seeking a Senior Manager - Event Management to lead the planning and execution of high-impact industry events and support operational excellence across the Marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work closely with Product Managers across divisions, Business Development teams, Business Unit leaders, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Legal, and external partners.

Objectives of the Role:
• Identify and prioritize relevant global and regional industry events aligned with Aragen’s commercial, brand, and business objectives, while maximizing value within approved budgets.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions, customer events, leadership engagements, and other strategic marketing events.
• Partner with divisional Product Managers, Business Development teams,



and Business Unit leaders to define objectives, participation plans, stakeholder responsibilities, and desired outcomes for each event.
• Manage event vendors, agencies, organizers, negotiations, contracts, logistics, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant execution.
• Drive event measurement, lead tracking, post-event reviews, and ROI reporting to improve future event strategy and commercial impact.
• Own and coordinate the purchase requisition and purchase order process for the Marketing team, working with SCM and Finance to support budget planning, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment release, and closure.
