Role Overview
We are looking for an Expert SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with close to 10 years of hands-on experience across SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll. The ideal candidate should have solid implementation and configuration experience, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations from end to end.
Perform hands-on SuccessFactors system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
Manage and maintain Employee Central (EC) operations and employee data.
Manage Compensation data, processes, and integrations within SuccessFactors.
Configure and support SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including time management processes and integrations.
Work closely with HR, payroll, business,



and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot complex EC and Payroll issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Support integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Ensure data accuracy, payroll process integrity, and compliance with business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other SuccessFactors consultants.
Must-Have Skills
8–10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors EC / Payroll experience, ideally close to 10 years.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Minimum 3 recent end-to-end SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors system configuration.
