Role Description The Assistant Manager Housekeeping at Essentia Hotels & Resorts is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. The Assistant Manager schedules and supervises housekeeping staff, conducts inspections,



and coordinates with front office and maintenance to address service requests promptly. The role includes training team members on housekeeping procedures, hygiene, and use of equipment, as well as monitoring inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities. The Assistant Manager Housekeeping also supports guest satisfaction by responding to housekeeping-related concerns, implementing service improvements, and maintaining efficient, well-organized workflows.
Qualifications
