Role Title: Insurance Workflow Lead
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the coordination and distribution of work within the Insurance Product Delivery organization based on workforce availability, expertise, workload demands and regulatory needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned Operations and associated work to maximize service delivery expertise and leverage the workforce efficiently.
- Liaise with assigned Operations leadership to understand workload priorities and complexities of accounts. Plan and organize workflow to meet alloperational processing objectives.
- Manage book of accounts to proactively drive clientcontract certainty by adhering to timeliness objectives.
- Coordinate priorities with IPD managers located within the Insurance Delivery hubs to meet business and capacity needs. Triage various requestsand educate stakeholders on options based on their business needs.
- Collaborate with other Workflow Leads globally to drive consistent andefficient processes and procedures.
Skill and Experience:
- 5 years of experiencerequired to perform essential job functions.
- Additional Experience Qualifier (optional):5+ years of experience. Preferably in the financial/insurance industry. A combination of education and work will be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Solid organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize work to meet challenging deadlines in a fast paced workplace.
- Strong ability to multitask; executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to drive results.
- Proficient working knowledge of corporate procedures, guidelines and governance for processing of insurance deliverables.
- Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and redistribute work at a moments notice
Must Have Skills:
- Advanced Excel (trackers, formulas, data validation, trend analysis)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to spot delays, gaps, and at-risk items early; anticipate issues before escalation is needed
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English
- Ability to facilitate conversations and drive alignment
- Strong proofreading/documentation review skills
- Timely decision making
- Proven capability to manage a high volume of work by effectively prioritizing competing deliverables
Education and Certifications:
4 Year /Bachelor degree required.
