Role Description The Event Sponsorship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for developing and managing sponsorship strategies for IMAF’s leadership and ideas-focused properties. This role involves identifying and prospecting potential sponsors, designing sponsorship packages aligned with IMAF’s positioning,



and conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations. The manager will negotiate agreements, coordinate contracts, and work closely with event, marketing, and content teams to deliver sponsor commitments and ensure brand alignment. Day-to-day activities include tracking sponsorship pipelines, maintaining partner relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders. The person in this role will also contribute to current partnership concepts, co-created experiences, and long-term sponsor engagement plans.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Event Management and Event Planning skills to design, coordinate, and execute sponsorship components within IMAF experiences.
