Role Description The Returns Specialist – Ecommerce is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end returns process for customers, including receiving return requests, verifying eligibility, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely resolution.



The specialist will analyze return patterns and reasons to identify operational or product-related issues and share insights with relevant internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers and partners, updating records in e-commerce platforms and internal systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves collaborating with customer service, inventory, and quality control teams to minimize avoidable returns and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience handling customer returns and reverse logistics, with strong knowledge of ecommerce return policies and procedures.
Strong analytical skills to interpret return data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
