Hiring | Founder’s Office Intern

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder/MD across engineering, business, people and operations.

This is a 6-month, full-time, work-from-office role for someone looking to build a responsible long-term career.

What You’ll Work On
- Business research, strategy and growth
- Product development & R&D; coordination
- Project execution and operational follow-ups
- Recruitment, screening and onboarding
- Employee KRAs, performance tracking and evaluation
- Internal processes, SOPs and accountability
- Customer and vendor coordination
- Business-development initiatives
- Special projects directly with the Founder

Eligibility
- BE/BTech: Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 70% / 7.0 CGPA in BE/BTech
- Minimum 70% in 10th and 12th/Diploma
- No active backlogs
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage
- 0–1 year experience; strong freshers may apply




- Must be available to work full-time from our Bengaluru office
- Must commit to the complete 6 months

Role Details

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month
Duration: 6 months
Location: Bengaluru | Work from Office
Conversion: Full-time opportunity for high-performing candidates based on performance and organizational requirements.
