We are expanding our international business development team and are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist — Telecommunications & Wholesale.
The Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with telecom operators, carriers, aggregators, enterprises, and wholesale partners, and helping TELQIVA expand its international telecommunications business.




This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands the telecom ecosystem and can turn industry relationships into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new telecom clients, carriers, aggregators, and business partners.
Generate new business opportunities across international telecommunications markets.
Promote and develop business for Voice, SMS, A2P Messaging, SIP/VoIP, DID, CPaaS, and wholesale communication services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, carriers, aggregators, enterprises, and technology partners.
Conduct market research to identify current markets, customers, routes, and commercial opportunities.
Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business offers.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, traffic commitments, and partnership structures.
