Role Description The IT Recruitment Partner is a full-time hybrid role based in India, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technology positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The IT Recruitment Partner will build and maintain talent pipelines,



manage job postings, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Daily tasks include collaborating with training and placement teams to understand role requirements, advising on hiring strategies, and tracking recruitment metrics. The role also involves staying updated on IT hiring trends and supporting continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technology Recruitment and IT Recruitment skills for sourcing and hiring technical talent.
Candidates should have proven Recruiting and Hiring experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
