Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive is a full-time, in office role based at Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, including supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences across restaurants, banquets,



and room service whichever area or outlet will be assigned. Responsibilities include monitoring service standards, managing menus and promotions with culinary leadership, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines. The Food and Beverage Executive interacts regularly with guests to handle feedback, resolve service issues, and build repeat patronage. The role also involves supporting inventory control, cost management, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless hospitality.
