About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Biotechnology Engineering and related areas.
Develop lesson plans, laboratory exercises, assessments, and learning resources aligned with academic standards.
Conduct high-quality teaching using innovative and technology-enabled pedagogical approaches.
Mentor students in academic, research, innovation, and career development activities.
Guide student projects, internships, capstone projects, and research initiatives.
Contribute to curriculum development, revision, and enhancement activities.
Engage in research, publications, patents, funded projects,



and scholarly activities.
Participate in conferences, workshops, faculty development programs, and academic forums.
Support accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives.
Contribute to departmental, School, and University-level academic and administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. in Biotechnology Engineering / Biotechnology / Biochemical Engineering / Bioengineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized University (Mandatory).
Strong academic background with demonstrated interest in teaching and research.
Research publications in reputed journals will be preferred.
Experience in handling laboratories, research projects, and student mentoring will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile
Candidates from premier institutions such as IITs, NITs, IISERs, Central Universities, National Institutes, or internationally reputed universities will be preferred.
