Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for supporting sales operations and driving revenue growth for HedgeHomes.



This role involves managing and nurturing leads, conducting property consultations, and guiding prospective homebuyers through the decision-making process. The Assistant Sales Manager will coordinate with internal research, legal, and technical teams to present accurate and comprehensive project information, ensuring clarity and confidence for customers. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM records, and following up to close deals in line with company standards. The role also includes assisting in sales planning, contributing to marketing initiatives, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in real estate or consulting environments.
