Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships, including maintaining CRM databases, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and issues.



The specialist will collaborate with sales and operations teams to align customer needs with internal processes, prepare reports and analytics on customer trends, and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks also include coordinating with clients on order status, gathering feedback, assisting with resolution of service concerns, and contributing to process improvements within the CRM framework.
Qualifications
