Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across the Fine jewellery manufacturing process.
Drive continuous quality improvement to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct quality inspections at incoming, in-process, and final stages of production.
Monitor product quality across casting,



filing, assembling, soldering, polishing, stone setting, finishing, and packing processes.
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze rejection, rework, repair, and customer complaint data to identify improvement opportunities.
Establish quality checkpoints and inspection criteria for each production stage.
Approve first-off samples, pilot batches, and final product releases.
Ensure jewellery dimensions, weight, finish, polish, solder quality, stone alignment, and overall craftsmanship meet specifications.
Train production and quality teams on inspection standards, defect prevention, and quality awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Required Experience of atleast 5-6 years in Jewellery Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Quality Management, or a related field.
