Role Overview:
The Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations within the Health Ops Team, ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients. This role will involve close collaboration with various internal departments, handling administrative tasks, claims processing, and improving operational efficiency within the health insurance segment

Role and Responsibilities:
Keep customer experience at the core and assist the customers with their policy issuance/renewals/claims journey.
Coordinate with insurance company POCs to ensure processing and issuance of policies within TAT
Assist in coordinating and facilitating the renewal process, ensuring timely and seamless renewals for our clients.
