Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at Rich Property Solutions. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and promote the company’s commercial leasing services. Daily activities include prospecting leads, conducting virtual client meetings, understanding client space requirements,
preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to support deal execution. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
Experience in corporate or commercial real estate sales, leasing, or related B2B sales roles.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management with corporate clients.
