About the product: Envora is building technology for continuous environmental monitoring, helping industrial, infrastructure and construction organizations better understand, monitor and manage environmental parameters such as noise pollution.
We are at an early stage and are looking for someone who can help us take the product from early validation to real customers.

About the product: We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can build relationships with EHS, safety, project and operations teams across industries and turn those conversations into pilot deployments and long-term business.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible not only for generating leads, but also for understanding customer problems, identifying use cases, arranging product demonstrations, coordinating pilots and helping convert successful pilots into commercial deployments.

What you will do:
Identify and approach potential customers in construction, infrastructure, cement, manufacturing and other industrial sectors.




Build relationships with EHS Heads, Safety Heads, Plant Heads, Project Heads and Operations teams.
Understand how companies currently monitor environmental and noise-related parameters.
Identify pain points around compliance, manual monitoring, reporting, complaints and continuous visibility.
Conduct discovery calls, meetings and product demonstrations.
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Coordinate pilot deployments with customers and the technical team.
Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.
Build partnerships with EHS consultants, environmental consultants and relevant industry stakeholders.
Convert successful pilots into recurring commercial deployments.
Maintain CRM activity, opportunity tracking and sales reporting.
