Role Description The Contract Manager role at NCML is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Contract Manager is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and agreements related to agri-logistics, warehousing, collateral management,



and associated services. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure contract terms are accurate, compliant with applicable laws and company policies, and aligned with business objectives. The role involves monitoring contract performance, tracking key milestones, managing renewals, and supporting resolution of commercial and contractual disputes in a timely and fair manner. The Contract Manager also supports risk assessment, maintains organized contract documentation, and contributes to continuous improvement of contract processes and templates across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong contract management and administration skills, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to contracts, preferably in agri-logistics, warehousing, or financial services.
