Role Description The Business Development Specialist role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the South India region, with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads,



and expanding the customer base for the company’s range of steel products and customized solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and product presentations, as well as tracking sales activities and reporting on performance. The specialist will also contribute to strategic planning by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sustainable business growth.
