About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can convert qualified leads into enrolled students by understanding their goals, identifying the right program for them, handling objections, building trust, and consistently achieving monthly admission targets.
This is a consultative education sales role. You will speak directly with prospective students, understand their career or business requirements, recommend the appropriate program, and guide them through the admission process.




Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Speak with prospective students and understand their career, business, freelancing, or skill-development goals.
Explain Trydo School programs, curriculum, methodology, projects, outcomes, and value clearly.
Conduct structured sales conversations and follow-ups with prospective students.
Identify genuine prospects and qualify leads based on their requirements, intent, and ability to invest.
Handle common objections related to price, time, course value, career outcomes, credibility, and comparison with other institutes.
Maintain consistent follow-up until the lead reaches a clear decision.
Convert qualified leads into paid admissions and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the CRM or designated tracking system.
