Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Development
Drive overall growth initiatives across Aerospace & Defense vertical
Development and execution of the vertical growth strategy in line with annual business plans..
Track industry trends, customer investments, and competitive landscape.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain solid relationships with customer stakeholders
Understand customer priorities and identify opportunities for business expansion
Participate in customer workshops, reviews, and executive discussions
Sales & Presales Support
Collaborate with sales and solution teams on proposals, and customer presentations
Help define value propositions aligned with Aerospace & Defense customer needs
Support large deal pursuits and opportunity shaping activities
Delivery & Business Governance
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Support governance reviews and business performance reporting.




Identify risks and growth opportunities across multiple accounts.
Industry Leadership
Build knowledge of Aerospace & Defense industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Develop thought leadership content, customer presentations, and industry insights.
Represent the organization in customer and industry forums where applicable.
Required Qualifications
Experience
15–20 years of experience in A & D, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Consulting, or Technology Services.
Experience working with Aerospace OEMs, Defense organizations, Tier-1 suppliers, or engineering service providers.
Proven track record in business development, account management, consulting, or industry solutions.
