Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Content Creator role based in Kota. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and short-form copy, shooting and editing photos and videos, and creating simple graphics or visual assets.



The role involves engaging with followers through comments and messages, monitoring trends and competitor activity, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns. The Social Media Content Creator will also track basic performance metrics and recommend content improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, basic photo and video editing, and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to develop and follow content calendars, understand brand positioning, and translate product features into clear, appealing stories for health, beauty, and personal care products.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, organic reach, and engagement, with an interest in learning social media
