Role Overview
We are looking for a Research & Strategy Intern who is passionate about cafes, food culture, customer experience, and brand building. Your role will be to research successful Asian cafe brands and help develop a unified strategy that combines the best aspects of their themes, store design, customer experience, menu presentation, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Research leading Asian cafe and beverage brands across different countries.
Study cafe themes, interiors, customer experience, and store concepts.
Analyze menu structures,



product offerings, and pricing strategies.
Research customer behavior and emerging cafe trends.
Document findings in structured reports and presentations.
Identify unique elements that make each brand successful.
Compare different cafe concepts and create recommendation reports.
Help build a centralized knowledge base for future store development.
Contribute ideas for Capra Asia's brand experience and expansion strategy.
